The MA Masterclass

This is your masterclass on how to understand, manage and handle your emotions so you are able to stay in your MA space. This is specifically when you are in a chaotic situation. The program will have 10 participants focusing on the MA Philosophy. 

How to manage your emotions through masterclass

Day 1: Reconnecting to your own MA (understanding what is emotion and how it affects you from acting. Moreover, how your thoughts create your feelings and turn into actions) 

Day 2: How to be your own expert for mood change? ( learn how to be calm in a difficult situation and learn how to listen to abusive language. In addition to how to not think negatively about the situation. Remember, it is not always about you, it can be the insecurity from the other party)

Day 3: Communication and Relationship ( knowing how to ask for what we what, how to hear others’ needs even in disagreement, and how to move forward to solutions that work for each individual

Day 4: The Action of Enlightenment (establish a goal and an action plan towards your new journey)
