The Circle of MA works with women of all ages and career stages to manage their life, learning and work. Our goal is to support you to pursue learning and maintain job substantiality which is personally meaningful. We also support you how to manage transitions in the ever-evolving labour market.
What does Employment Coach do?
Employment Coaches provide advice to support you with career-related planning and decision-making by understanding your reactions to life’s stressors and building new coping strategies. Your coach will work together with you to create an action-oriented plan for the job-searching journey based on the identified goal.
Our employment coach may provide you with one or more of the following services:
- understanding emotional intelligence
- career assessment/ career decision making
- identifying educational and training options
- resume writing and cover letter
- job search strategies
- interview preparation and follow-up
- labour market analysis and information
- workforce development strategies and solutions
- ongoing assessment and evaluation
The 3 days workshop will be held in group sessions on either Teams or Zoom.
Each group will not exceed 10 participants at a time.
